This session will run from June 10 -June 30, 2015.
This 21-day journey is not a diet – nor will I recommend food for you to eat.
This is a way of considering food as energy for your sacred container of a body – with the filters of joy and delight.
Intention; understanding the dynamics of your patterning, associations and judgments around food and eating as well as the energy of joy, along with adding gratitude and delight to each meal adds energetic nourishment to your eating experience.
So many people use food and eating as a reward and/or discipline, this ecourse is an invitation to look at food and eating as a practice of presence – of bringing energy that supports the growth and healing of your entire being into your body, consistently, daily through the process of eating.
21-Days of Eating with Joy is an invitation to gift your body and being the experience of eating food that delights your senses, in a space that enriches your energy, with people that light your heart.
During this study, I will invite you to think about and feel into variables such as what:
- flavors and textures please your taste buds,
- spices and herbs you enjoy smelling,
- colors and visual plate presentation please your sight,
- cooking (and eating) sounds you enjoy hearing (and what sounds contribute something pleasing in the space you are eating)
- textures of food (and textures of the space you are eating in) appeal to your sense of touch.
- plates and utensils you enjoy eating from (and with)
- spaces you prefer eating in
- ‘special touches’ such as candelight, fresh air, music, flowers, enhance your dining pleasure
My focus as your guide is not on specifically what food you choose but on what cultivates and supports your thorough enjoyment of each meal.
My intention is to provide you with a structure and practices of presence to experience whole-body nourishment at each meal, so that eating shifts from the feel of a ‘chore’ or something that you do because ‘you have to’ into the feel of ‘a pleasure’ that adds to the fun in your day.
Maybe you were taught not to ‘play with your food’. Maybe energies like ‘delight your senses’, pleasure, joy, fun aren’t what you usually associate with food and meals. Maybe these energies aren’t something you experience daily.
Maybe playing with your food is something you love to do and your entire day is spent feeling into, and experiencing all that delights your being.
Either way, I welcome you into ’21-Days of Eating with Joy’ and I look forward to exploring together!
At the base of this practice is the idea that fullness of presence eventually requires that you bring your energy into your physical body and from that centered space of empowerment, you choose to create and connect.
If you believe that what you focus on grows, then choosing to focus on nourishing your body (and being) in a way that feels good, means that you will most likely continue with the practice. Nourishing your body naturally increases the feeling of peace, love, gratitude, grace, joy all of which are connector and healing energies.
When your energy feels expansive, that reaches into each area of your life, pouring in peace and possibility wherever you direct it to go.
Class Format and Registration
You will receive one daily prompt to your inbox each day for 21 days. This prompt will be sent at 2:00a (pt).
You will receive an invitation to join a private Facebook forum. This space is where we will be sharing our journey together.
The cost of the class is $44.00.

There are two steps to registration: payment and adding your name to the student roster. After payment is complete, you will receive a prompt to add your name to the student roster.
I will write the daily prompts and I will be present to facilitate in the Facebook forum.
I will not be providing formal, one-on-one coaching. However, I do weave energetic and principles into the daily prompts and I will be in the forum as a facilitator of discussion and to answer general questions.
It is not mandatory for you to join the Facebook forum. The materials in the daily prompts are the foundation of a self-study class and the forum is a space for connection and sharing creative expression.
This audio shares some reflections and insights around the practice of eating with joy, to increase your understanding of the idea. Even if you choose not to participate in the ecourse, there is enough base knowledge in the audio to get you started on exploring the practice.

When we work in heart space, sometimes fear arises. Understandable and extremely common.
When fear arises, we often react, by pushing away the source of love (in this case, this class).
When you choose to register to 21-Days of Eating with Joy you are acknowledging that you are ready to open your heart space to journey to inner core. Much like an airline ticket is non-refundable, so is this class.
