A Slow Dance with Flow

Grace is the ability to lovingly, gently, and with gratitude

open one hand to receive

as you

lovingly, gently, and with gratitude

open the other hand to release.

Grace is a beautiful slow dance with flow.

Much peace and abundant love,

Reminder: Experiment. Explore.  Experience.

Joy! Is this poem a Joy Holland original? I LOVE it. I read it and was lulled into a slow dance with each word! Wow… just wow. I believe this is my new favorite poem.

And the word “grace” is so beautiful in and of itself that when I first saw it in the title of the post, I thought, “Uh oh, she’s going to try and write about ‘grace’?” (Seemed like a tall order.) But you absolutely captured its beauty and enhanced it.

    • It is an “original”, yes.

This is the experience of a beautiful heart opening that I had the pleasure of experiencing this weekend.

I wish to share simple beauty with all who wish to receive…as I wish to receive in the same way.

Because I am a visual learner, I literally play with energy: slowly raising one hand to receive and lowering one hand to release, then switching sides and raising the other hand to receive and the first hand to release. All while breathing in love and breathing out gratitude. Grace.

A huge energetic hug to you:)

  2. Beautiful

While we dance this is whispered…

    ‘Gratefully your love is received.
It is my wish to gently release love to you.’

    • As you slow dance with grace, may flow receives your request to share universal love–may you do so from a centered place of peace—and flow shall return universal, centered, peace filled love into your life.

  3. How lovely. I can almost feel the dance of hands.

    • Thank you, Galen…if we believe in inter-connectedness, the dance of hands is quite powerful, indeed..your release would be my receive and my release would be the next person’s receive..grace in motion.
