Is worry something pretty consistent in your life? Would you like to experience less worry as you move through your day?

Worry can feel disempowering – like you are stuck in a reactive loop and can’t step out of it. From the moment and space it begins, it ricochets through your entire life – often wreaking havoc on your body, soul, mind, spirit, emotions; touching each area your energy is in, quickly causing tension as it reaches out to everyone in your sphere of being.

Perhaps you have felt one (or more) of these natural cosequences of worry: losing trust in yourself and your ability to create and connect; less desire to travel or even to explore new spaces in your neighborhood; staying awake all night, replaying ‘an everything that could go wrong loop’ in your mind; tension in your primary relationships; feeling uncomfortable in your body; withdrawing from social events that used to light your heart; choosing to stay in a less than fulfilling job or relationship; spending time reading materials to support your worry, which causes more stress in your physical body and life in general.

You think you can compartmentalize worry – limiting it to one specific area of your life – but that energy ripples out to every area of your life, creating more worry.

Worry can be an endless cycle, feeding upon itself. Until you choose to stop the fear-based cycle and shift into one of possibility and creation.

I was looking through Google under various key words and phrases for statistics on the percentage of people who worry and my screen filled with things like:

When to worry about your skin, new parents worry about making mistakes, should you worry about your picky eater, are you worried about: a natural disaster, money, your relationship, not having a relationship, your health, your parent’s health…. the list of options goes on and on…..

I have been practicing presence to peace and possibility for so long that worry is not in my life, but browsing through these titles – which was less than a few minutes total – I felt my body react to the external stimulus telling me to worry. Because I had barely  dipped into it, the feeling was easy to get rid of with a bit of breathwork, but it required awareness and intention or it would have quickly filled my room, affecting my children who are attuned to my energy.

That is how quickly worry works to dissolve peace!

When you are not at peace in your body, home, relationships, career….your life….it’s pretty difficult to enjoy the feel of your day, and all in it.

If you are a person who likes playing with creative expression, experiencing depth in your relationships, manifesting and living the feel of infinite possibility, exploring new spaces and being out and around in world, yet you tend to worry, you are probably experiencing far less connection and abundance than you wish to.

Worry actually pushes away joy, delight, pleasure – and all that resonates with joy, delight and pleasure –  including people, things and experiences that enrich your quality of life!

You might have become so used to carrying worry, and to the mess it causes, that you don’t even realize the extent to which it is in your life. You might feel discouraged, disheartened, exhausted because you don’t feel like you are experiencing what you want to in life.

There are many reasons that worry exists in a person’s life – different variables weave together to create the dynamic you are currently experiencing.  Understanding where your worry comes from, what your triggers are and what your body’s primary reactions are can empower you to shift out of the worry cycle and into the peace and joy of life.

To be very clear, I’m not going to ask you to stop worrying – that is your choice. If worry has been a constant in your life, then judging worry for being present and/or judging yourself for worrying while attempting to not worry, is simply going to add to your tension.

I am going to provide you with a space to explore your worry patterns and triggers, practices that invite you to shift out of the reaction of worry into a space of peace and possibility and personal attention, guidance and support as you apply these techniques and practices in your life.

At base, what most people wish to experience in life is a feeling of comfort and safety in a space of love and appreciation.  

This class is structured like a sacred container to give you the experience of that feel – even with worry. A sacred container, in this context, is a space where I set the energy – with my presence and the materials I present – to be one where you feel comfortable sharing, exploring and connecting. There is acceptance, understanding and no-judgment (unless you bring self-judgment in, which I will gently point out so you have the option of shifting into something different).

Because your experience with worry – including the causes, patterning, reactions and triggers and techniques to shift out of worry – is unique to you, this class is a bit different from the other group classes that I facilitate.

The goal of this class is for you to experience less worry in a specific situation in your life. It’s best if you can choose a specific situation so we can work together on understanding how worry works for you and customize practices for you to use to shift out of worry into peace and possibility. Choosing one situation allows you to ‘see’ any shifts as they happen, which then builds your trust in the process. From there, you can use the concepts in other areas of your life.

This class is set up for 6 students per session, so that I can give personal attention to you, as a student and so that you can feel comfortable experiencing a depth of connection with the process and with the other students.

This session will include: a daily prompt delivered via email, 4 group calls (the day and time will be determined when the students have registered), participation in a private Facebook forum and one email exchange per weekday with me (for the duration of the class).

For you to experience any energetic shifts in this class, it will require your time, energy and attention to the materials. You can spend as little or as much time as you would like with the materials knowing that your ‘result’ is dependent upon your focus.

Inner work is akin to running a physical marathon. So, please understand that it is to your benefit to set aside enough time to process the material and rest, and to be gentle and kind with yourself during the duration of the class.


You will receive a daily prompt via email at 6a (pt).

You will receive an invitation to participate in a private Facebook forum as a classroom setting. Forum participation is not mandatory, but this is where you will receive insight from the discussion shared, the personal connections happen, and I will be daily, to answer questions and facilitate discussion.

You may have one email exchange with me per each weekday during the duration of the class (so 5 emails per week, for four weeks). If you feel comfortable sharing in the Facebook forum, you might not use the email option but you have it in case you would like it.

There are 4 group calls – one per week. The time and date will be determined after registration.

When we work in heart space, sometimes fear arises. Understandable and extremely common.

When fear arises, we often react, by pushing away the source of love (in this case, this class).

When you choose to register to *Worry-Shift* you are acknowledging that you are ready to open your heart space to journey to inner core.  Much like an airline ticket is non-refundable, so is this class.


The materials in this class are offered from the perspective of understanding the energy of worry, and how the dynamics weave together in your life, to bring peace to your experience.

This is not meant to replace medical care, but can supplement any current care you are receiving. Anxiety and the medical disorders that stem from anxiety can be serious – if you currently feel physical or psychological symptoms that require medical care, please seek it.
